Desire to lie down on the sand or doing a snorkeling game, the beach Leroux is 100 meters walking distance away. Just before the beach you can take you bread and the enormous pastries the baker prepares from tuesday to sunday.

The villa Maya is totally open onto the patio offering thereby an incredible airy living space. The whole patio is sheltered which will allow you to take your meals protected from the sun (and from the few tropical shower).

In the morning you might be lucky enough to have the visit of some birds coming to say hello to you (Parakeet, Bananaquit, Hummingbird, Lovebird…) and in the evening you will have an unobstructed view on the sun setting over the horizon beacause the seaview is omnipresent in Karumaya…
During the daytime you will enjoy the living space with its patios, the lounge, the dining-room and the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted. Also at your diposal : a Sonos Play:5 + connected speaker Deezer subscription.

For the night part, the house has 2 suites at the first floor.
Upstairs one attic bedroom, a child space (trundle beds) and a spacious mezzanine with an office space (fitted desk : 4K screen + Mac Mini).
A shower room + toilet is also at the first floor.

In the garden level an independent 80m2 flat with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, fitted kitchen, living room and patio offers 4 additional sleeps. The master bedroom is spacious with a four-poster bed. The secong bedroom has 2 singles beds.

The furniture is mainly in teck and red wood as well as the frameworks which giving a lot of charm to the premises.

The Ferry’s neighborhood is very calm and very popular, 5 minutes from the charming town of Deshaies. The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe are wainting for you : La Perle, Grande Anse, Tillet, Cluny… to mention only a few of them. This part of the Guadeloupe is well away from mass tourism and remain spared from gulfweeds because sheltered from prevailing winds. Basse-Terre it’s also : the Soufrière, the hikes, the waterfalls, the Botanical Garden, the mangrove and its hamlets, the rhum, the snorkeling,…
