The villa Luminoza is a new architect’s villa, in a refined design with very nice volumes 280 m2.
It was entirely imagined to preserve each host’s intimacy while gathering family and friends like at home.

Everything has been thought for your comfort :

• 5 suites of 25 to 28 m2 including
  > 4 suites with king-size beds.
  > 1 suite with 2 single beds linkable into a king-size bed, shower room, independent toilet, desk, dressing room, air conditioning and a ceiling fan in both suite.
• a communal space (living-room, kitchen) of 90 m2.
• a covered patio of 30 m2.
• 1 infinity-edge swimming pool.

The villa Luminoza is located by the sea with a coastal path of 15 km, on which you can discover wild beaches : L’Anse à Saint, L’Anse à Jacques, Petit Havre…

• Cleaning services from monday to friday, except the next day after the arrival.

The villa has a water tank.

– 35€ : late arrival (after 9pm)

Sainte-Anne offers many activities for vacationers looking for discovery and relaxation. You will find many white sand beaches such as the Club Med beach (la Caravelle) and the Bois-Jolan beach, hiking trails along the coastline and in the mangrove swamp, and water activities such as surfing, kiteboarding, paddleboarding, jet-skiing and many others! The village hosts a local market, a craft village and many small restaurants on the seafront.
