The villa Rubis is a high-standing contemporary designer house, located in a secured apartment complex just a short walk away beaches, the town center, the golf of Saint-François.

It benefits from a superb cloudless view of the forest and the countryside which is lining the very nice infinity-edge swimming pool and its wooden deck.

The communal room offers an impressive volume with its fitted kitchen which centers around a beautiful central island. A pretty round table that can receive 8 guests will be perfect for your meals. The large openings on the patio allow to enjoy the very nice view and the outsides anytime.

The patio and its lounge are sheltered through a lovely climatic pergola allowing to get used to every weather situations 🙂
