Nestled in the heart of a beautiful park of 5250m2, this traditional villa has been beautifully renovated to offer all the comfort to its future tenants. The villa Baie du Pélican will leave you a magnificent souvenir of your trip…You will not be able to get tired of its magnificent sea view. Its location is ideal to discover Guadeloupe, between Sainte-Anne and Gosier, you are surrounded by the most beautiful beaches and shops are nearby.

The villa Baie des Pélicans is designed to accommodate 10 people (8 adults and 2 teenagers).

It is divided into 2 buildings. One on the East and the other on the West, connected by a patio.

The East building is composed of an office space and a large kitchen with storeroom. This space opens onto the covered terrace and summer kitchen. You will be able to sunbathe in the infinity pool (8x9m) and its integrated spa.

The West Building is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area.
