Located only 2 km from the village, the very pretty and comfortable villa Garden welcomes you for a peaceful vacation in a quiet and green environment!

The villa is entirely suitable for people with reduced mobility.

It is divided into two blocks.  The first one is provided with an air-conditioned master bedroom fitted with a motorized queen-size bed with its private shower room with toilets; an air-conditioned mezzanine open onto the living room and fitted with 2 single beds. A large living room open onto the patio with sofa and large flat screen TV.

The second block has two air-conditioned bedrooms sharing a communal bathroom, a separate very well fitted kitchen with a dining room area.

A vast partially shaded patio of more than 200m², a lovely green garden and a nice swimming pool link up the two villa’s blocks.

It is located 5 minutes from the beach of the Raisins Clairs, (one of the most beautiful of Guadeloupe) and close to the town center, the Marina as well as the pier for boat departures to the islands.

Saint-François is the destination of choice for lovers of the sea and water activities. You can practice sports such as scuba diving, kitesurfing, windsurfing and paddle boarding. You will discover beautiful white sand beaches with turquoise waters.
Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy the most beautiful course in the Caribbean.
The local market of Saint-François is a must to find local products and taste the flavors of the Guadeloupean Creole cuisine.
