The villa is immadiate close by the town of Sainte-Anne, popular for its idyllic beaches and its crystalline lagoon.
This central location allows you to easily reach Saint-François, its golf, its airclub and La Pointe des Châteaux, but also to go easily on the Basse-Terre where you will find the lush nature.

Everything has been thought for you to spend an unforgettable moment in a prestige environment : with its four bedrooms provided with all the services of a 5 stars, its large volumes, its meticulous contemporary furniture, its patios and its 150 m2 deck overlooking the sea, the villa invites you to a peace of mind and the relaxation.

You will be able to enjoy its two lounges, its cabin and its salt swimming pool, but also the several sport equipments available: air-conditioned gym, ping-pong, aquabike.

Every bedroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, and has new high-standing bedding. For three of them you can choose between the comfort of a king-size bed, or linkable beds. The fourth bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed.

Security : motorized front gate, alarm system, safes in both bedroom, cameras with a control display (can be turned off by hosts).

Well-fitted gym : Bike, treadmill, rowing machine, steps, hi-fi system, air conditioning.

Sainte-Anne offers many activities for vacationers looking for discovery and relaxation. You will find many white sand beaches such as the Club Med beach (la Caravelle) and the Bois-Jolan beach, hiking trails along the coastline and in the mangrove swamp, and water activities such as surfing, kiteboarding, paddleboarding, jet-skiing and many others! The village hosts a local market, a craft village and many small restaurants on the seafront.
