The beautif villa Cap Sud is located in Petit-Havre, at the end of a road with a front row sea view. Its location is the best if you like peace and quiet, comfort and close proximity to the beaches. Petit-Havre is a peaceful neighbourhood with a footpath giving you access to two beautiful shaded beaches.
If this is your first time in Guadeloupe, or if you’d like to discover the island’s many attractions once again, the location of villa Cap Sud makes it easy to get to Saint-François and the Basse Terre region.

Spread over two levels, Villa Cap Sud is designed to accommodate 8 adults and 1 child, with 3 double bedrooms and a studio.

At the upper level, you will love the living room and the sea view right from the front door. The lounge is cosy with its large sofa and TV area. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can continue to admire the horizon while you cook.

Enjoy  dining on the spacious wooden terrace, which stretches harmoniously out towards the pool, offering stunning panoramic views of the sea and surrounding greenery. The pool invites you to take a dip in complete privacy, while the deckchairs allow you to relax in the sun in complete tranquillity. An outdoor seating area is also available for your added comfort.

The first double bedroom has a sea view and a large en suite bathroom. Two further double bedrooms with countryside views and en-suite bathrooms.

On the lower level, a studio consisting of a kitchenette, a double bed and a small terrace. An extra bedroom with a comfortable bed for a child or teenager is available at the entrance to the studio.
