  The kitchen, main room of this floor, is centered on a beautiful kitchen island and is entirely open onto the patio, the swimming pool and the garden.
• Upstairs, there is a superb living room to enjoy the home cinema and the sea view, 2 spacious double rooms fitted with a circle bed of 210cm diameter with, for both, its shower room, toilet and air conditioning. A 4th air-conditioned room entirely glazed overlooks this living room, two daybeds that can be turned into 2 single beds or into double bed with double memory foam mattress.
