The villa Nova, splendid refined-designed villa, classified furnished of tourism 4 stars, directly overlooks the lagoon of the Marina of Gosier.
Its privileged location allows to easily travel around Guadeloupe while enjoying nearby beaches, neighboring calm and very-close-by shops.

The house
As soon as you pass the front gate, you discover the view on the lagoon and its sailboats. The villa is below, protected from the street view. Two parking spots are waiting for you with an easy access for person with reduced mobility or baby strollers.

The entry hall of the villa opens onto the living room and the infinity-edge swimming pool which merge into the lagoon’s waters and allows you to enjoy a unique view on the sailboats. A private path gives you a direct access to the Marina for a kayak ride (made available).

The living room benefits from a ceiling height of 5 meters, a lounge fitted with a 50-inch TV with a hard disk and bookcase in laquered wood.
The kitchen open onto the swimming pool and the living room is fully fitted for your comfort.

The villa can receive 4 adults and 2 children :
– The first bedroom has a teck bed. This bedroom is adjoined onto a shower room.
– The second bedroom, master, of 32 m2 overlooks the garden and the lagoon of the marina. The bathroom is provided with several storages, a bath tub, a shower.
– The 3rd bedroom is rather suited to children because it is a pull out bed

For isolation moments, a “zen” corner will welcome you in cosy easy chairs with multiple cushion, a circular hammock and a silky rug. One of the sofas can be converted into a double bed, perfect for teenagers or grown children ! Two fans will ensure the general coolness.
