The house Carouge ranked 5 stars, has a lagoon pool, exceptional swimming pool bordered by its shady cabin and a very large fitted out patio. It is made up of a villa for 9 people and a condo for 3 people.

Located in the city of the François in a calm envirenment with little sea view, this high-standing villa accommodates a quality furniture and a modern and refined decoration.

This beautiful 180m² house has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the villa part and 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a fold-out sofa bed in the condo. This house is entirely open onto the outside.

The kitchen is fully fitted. It is provided with a central island with induction hob but also an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffe maker, a kettle, an electric coffe maker… as well as a dishwasher.

Two pretty air-conditioned bedrooms and their private shower rooms are also at the first floor as well as a laundry with washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms and a shower room with toilets.

Bedroom 1 : king-size bed, air-conditoner, flat screen television. This bedroom has its own shower room with toilets. The walk-in shower is fitted with a balneotherapy system.

Bedroom 2 : king-size bed, air-conditioner, flat screen television. This master bedroom has a private shower room with walk-in shower, double sinks and toilets.

Bedroom 3 : the bedroom said for children, upstairs, is provided with a nice sea view and a air-conditioner.

Unique in Martinique, this 80m² swimming pool offers to you a very gently access to the saltwater bathing zone. Its pontoon allows you to do some dives in a deep pool of 1.60m.

You will be charmed by the villa. Moreover, a condo is available to accommodate 3 additional people (photo on request).
